Again, all business planning packages on this website are specific for the type of business that you are interested in starting. All business plans contain market and industry research that is current through 2023.

There is no special software required to use these templates. All documents are provided in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF format.

My order was placed, but I have not yet received the files. What should I do?

Is the $18.95 purchase price a one time fee or is it recurring?

It is a one-time only fee.

Do the documents in this package meet SBA standards?

Absolutely. Each business planning package includes a three year financial model that features a profit and loss statement, cash flow analysis, balance sheet, breakeven analysis, and business ratios page. The first year’s financials are monthly while Year 2 and Year 3 are shown quarterly. The package also includes full industry research within the business planning document.

How is the BizFundingResource.com business planning package delivered?

Can I use the business plan for raising capital or private investment?

You can use the business planning documents for either type of capital raising (or both). The package includes instructions on how to modify the documents so that they are appropriate for bank, investor, or other financial institution.

How much of the documentation can I modify?

All documents provided can be completely modified for your purposes.

Once I have developed by business plan, marketing plan, and other documentation – what do I do next?

Once you have finished modifying the documents, it is recommend that a CPA (certified public accountant or equivalent professional) review it before submission to a bank or financial institution. If you intend on raising capital from an investor or private funding source then you should consult with a licensed attorney that can guide you as to any applicable federal/state securities laws that may be applicable to capital raising activities.

Can I order more than one business planning package?

Of course. However, each order needs to be placed individually.
